By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by dg demo, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules we may issue from time to time.

These terms take full effect from the date of your account registration. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically as we reserve the right to update them at any time.

To register and use the dg demo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using the platform by any relevant authority.
• Have never had an account previously closed or suspended due to fraud or terms violations.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

We also reserve the right to decline any registration application from any individual without the need to provide a reason, at our full discretion. Our decision in this matter is final.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the dg demo platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different identity or a different device, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identity card, an active email address, mobile phone number, and valid payment details. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. DG Demo will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

DG Demo supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users, including online bank transfers and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow. All deposits are processed in real time and credited directly to your account balance.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in funds being frozen.
• DG Demo reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the member.

All transactions on the dg demo platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). DG Demo is not responsible for any foreign exchange rate differences that may arise if you use an overseas bank account.

Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 5 minutes; bank transfers are processed within 1 to 24 business hours.
• DG Demo reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 3 business days for standard security review purposes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by dg demo are subject to rollover requirements specified for each individual offer. Rollover requirements determine the total wagering amount that must be completed before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Welcome bonuses are subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 10x the bonus amount received.
• Reload bonuses carry separate rollover requirements as stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Only eligible games count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement. The list of excluded games is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse, including two-way betting across multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• DG Demo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

All games available on the dg demo platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and tested by internationally accredited bodies to ensure the fairness of every spin and game outcome.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or disconnection during a game session, dg demo reserves the right to cancel or void the affected rounds. Results recorded in our server system are final in resolving any disputes relating to game outcomes.

• Any bugs or technical errors that provide an unfair advantage must not be exploited. Wins obtained through bug exploitation are void and cannot be withdrawn.
• DG Demo reserves the right to void any wager suspected of involving insider information or fraud.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly displayed within the respective game interface.

Users of the dg demo platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Transferring funds between accounts or using third-party payment methods.
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content within the platform.
• Violating any local or international laws while using our platform.

DG Demo takes the privacy of all our members seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the dg demo Privacy Policy, which can be referenced separately.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your account data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of processing your payment transactions.

By registering at dg demo, you grant us permission to process your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service-related communications.

DG Demo reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has violated the terms of use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or threatened the integrity of the platform.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
• Prior to account closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements will be forfeited and any unqualified bonus funds will be removed.
• Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to members in accordance with the standard withdrawal process, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible to re-register at dg demo.

The dg demo platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we make no absolute guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet the specific needs of every user.

DG Demo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by members arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to in-game losses, internet connectivity disruptions, or failure of the user's own equipment.

DG Demo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. All changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-app notification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining unaffected provisions will continue to remain in full force.
